Self-serve account export becomes available when you are signed in. Anonymous mode still lets you export the browser-only progress file shown above.

Deletion requests

Account deletion is currently handled as a manual support request, not an irreversible one-click action.

This is intentional because linked data can span auth, progress, subscriptions, billing events, email-event records, and retention exceptions for legal, accounting, fraud, or abuse-prevention reasons.

    Stored in your browser until you clear it, reset/import over it, or the browser removes it.

  • Signed-in account and progress data

    Kept while the account is active and while the service needs it to provide account features.

  • Billing, subscription, and dispute records

    Kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, contractual record-keeping, or dispute handling.

  • Transactional email delivery records

    Kept as long as needed to operate email safely, investigate delivery problems, and maintain suppression hygiene.
